A client choosing a lawyer is judging your judgment. We design clear, composed websites with a page for every practice area and attorney, and intake forms that land in your CRM instead of a shared inbox.
A fixed quote before any work begins. Prefer to talk? Book a call.

People rarely hire a lawyer on a good day. They arrive worried, comparing two or three firms on a phone, and decide quickly who seems careful, experienced and easy to reach. A cluttered page, a stock photo of a gavel or a contact form that never answers tells them something about how the firm will handle their matter.
We design law firm websites to do the opposite: a composed first screen, a clear page for each practice area, attorneys presented as people, and an intake path that reaches the right person fast. We are a design and technology studio in Asheville, North Carolina, working with firms anywhere.
Our legal work is for the people lawyers read and hire: Lawdragon, a publication about the country’s leading lawyers that now draws about 20,000 visits a month from Google, and Deborah Farone, who led marketing at two of the world’s most successful law firms.

Six things we build into every firm site, from a solo practice to a firm with several offices.
Each practice area gets its own page, written around the questions clients search, so a visitor with a specific problem finds the right lawyer instead of a list of services.
Real portraits, bar admissions, experience and the kinds of matters each attorney handles, so a client knows who they would be working with before they call.
Consultation forms that send each inquiry into your intake tool or CRM, such as Clio Grow or Lawmatics, with the practice area attached and a follow-up started.
Clear titles, practice area pages, structured data and your Google Business Profile, so you show up when someone nearby searches for a lawyer for their problem.
Most people first look up a firm on their phone, often in a stressful moment. The practice areas, the attorneys and the call button stay one tap away.
Built to WCAG 2.1 AA, with the disclaimers and wording your state bar’s advertising rules call for. Your firm approves the final copy.
Want a number first? The calculator starts with what most firms need and gives you a range in a minute.
Some law firm website companies build every firm from the same template, sometimes on a contract that bundles hosting, content and advertising. That can be easy to start, and hard to leave or make your own.
We work differently. You get a custom design for your firm, a fixed quote up front, a site you own outright, and a content system your staff can update without calling us. Care plans after launch are optional and month to month. If your firm mainly needs paid advertising management, we will tell you that is not us. See our care plans and local SEO.
With intake forms connected to your CRM, a custom firm site estimates at $5,000 to $7,000 for 1 to 5 pages, $6,500 to $9,500 for 6 to 12 pages, and $9,000 to $12,500 for 13 to 25 pages. Copywriting, a client login or a second language add to that. You get a fixed quote before any work starts, and care plans after launch start at $255/mo.
The fastest way to a number is the website cost calculator. It opens with what most firms need. Change anything, then send the estimate to us and book a kickoff call. See all of our published prices.
Every project moves through five steps. Here is what we need from you, what we do, and what you have in hand at the end of each.
| Step | You | Us | You get |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01Listen | Tell us your goals, your audience and what is not working today. | Ask the hard questions and write down the answers. | A shared notebook with the brief we agree on. |
| 02Research | Share access to your site, analytics and anything you already know. | Study the market, the competitors and the searches. | Clear recommendations, with the reasons behind them. |
| 03Design | React honestly. Tell us what feels right and what does not. | Design the key pages, then refine them with you. | Approved designs for desktop, tablet and phone. |
| 04Build & test | Review the working site and send your content. | Build, connect your tools and test on every screen. | A working site you can click through before it goes live. |
| 05Launch & grow | Run your site, and tell us what you need next. | Launch, train your team and track the results. | A live site, a short training and the numbers that matter. |

Yes. Contact and consultation forms can send new inquiries straight into the intake or CRM tool you already use, so each one lands in front of the right person with a follow-up, instead of sitting in a shared inbox.
We build to the rules you give us. Every state bar has its own advertising rules, so at kickoff we ask what applies to your firm, then handle the details on the site: disclaimers, a note that a contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and careful wording on past results and testimonials. Your firm signs off on the final copy. This is not legal advice.
We can. Most firms have the knowledge but not the time. We interview your attorneys, write each practice area page in plain English around the questions clients actually search, and you approve every word before it goes live. If you would rather write them yourselves, we give you an outline for each page.
Most firm sites take from a few weeks to a couple of months from kickoff to launch. It depends on the number of practice areas and attorneys, how custom the design is, and how quickly bios and copy get approved. We plan the schedule with you at kickoff, so you know the launch date before work starts.
Tell us about your project and we will come back with a real number. Or book a call and talk it through.
