Gripely is a structured conflict-resolution platform for couples, families, teams, and the professionals who help them. Guided conversations move one turn at a time through three steps — name it, understand, work it out — so nobody can skip past understanding on the way to a fix. Gripely asks people to bring their worst conversations — the fights — into an app, an idea most visitors meet with skepticism. The site needed to explain the three-step method in seconds, make the guided format feel safe rather than clinical, and speak to both households and the therapists, coaches, and mediators who facilitate them.
The design leads with the visitor's real question: why wouldn't we just talk it out? A live guided-conversation demo plays beside the headline, a comparison table answers "just talking" point by point, and Playfair serifs over a calm navy-and-coral palette keep the product feeling human rather than corporate.
A warm, credible front door for the product, where a couple, a team lead, or a facilitator can watch a guided gripe unfold and start their own for free — without wondering whether the app will take sides.
